Together We Keep High Valley Roads Safe and Beautiful
Hello Neighbors,
Welcome to summer. Hope everyone stays cool during these hot, humid days ahead.
One of the things that keeps our neighborhood safe, connected, and welcoming is our shared road—and that takes all of us working together.
What your road dues support: Regular maintenance and repairs, Grading and gravel when needed, snow and storm cleanup and long-term improvements to keep the road safe and reliable. We had a culvert repaired at the bottom of High Valley Estates Court and looking to get other culverts repaired this summer. We will be getting road gravel placed where it is needed. Our goal is to collect enough funds to have the rest of the road paved but repairs need to be done first.
We need your support: for ideas on collecting past dues and fundraising to meet our goal.
Community responsibility — what we can each do:
- Keep brush and overgrowth clear along your road frontage so maintenance equipment can do its job – This is an ongoing issue with brush growing into the road. If we do not get it cleaned up, we are going to hire someone to do it, and the bill will be sent to the homeowner.
- THANK YOU for Keeping the road free of trash and debris so it looks as good as it drives. We had someone dump an old water fountain in the ditch at the beginning of our road. This is unacceptable and just sheer laziness for not taking it to the dump. Please contact us if you see anyone dumping anything on our road.
- Please drive at safe speeds — our road is shared by neighbors, kids, pets, and delivery vehicles
- Remember that 4-wheelers and ATVs aren’t safe on our road and can cause damage
- For peace of mind, please keep doors locked at night as there have been reports of strangers in the neighborhood after dark.
- Also for the safety of our neighborhood, please remember that shooting on private property cannot be within 300 ft of a residence.
If anyone else has ideas for community involvement, please email highvalleyestates@outlook.com
Thank you for being a good neighbor. Together, we keep High Valley Estates the safe and beautiful place we’re proud to call home.
Warm regards,
