Welcome Spring!!
A big thank you to everyone that is keeping up with the road dues. One of the things that keeps our neighborhood safe, connected, and welcoming is our shared road—and that takes all of us working together.
There are now multiple ways for you to send in your payment for road dues:
- Send a check to the PO Box.
- Drop off a check in the secure mailbox at the corner of HVE Dr. & HV Court.
- Do a one-time payment thru PayPal on our website – hvrmf.com
- NEW – you now can subscribe thru PayPal on our website to automatically pay the dues.
- Monthy – $20
- Quarterly – $60
- Yearly – $240
Just click on the button you would like to use and follow the steps. Paypal will charge your card accordingly.
Also, if you would like to pay by cash, please contact me – Carol Kaminski – highvalleyestates@outlook.com. I can arrange to meet you and give you a receipt for the payment.
SAVE the Date – Our Annual High Valley Estates meeting will be on May 16th, 2026
We need your support: for ideas on collecting past dues.
Community responsibility — what we can each do:
- Keep brush and overgrowth clear along your road frontage so maintenance equipment can do its job.
- THANK YOU for Keeping the road free of trash and debris so it looks as good as it drives
- Please drive at safe speeds — our road is shared by neighbors, kids, pets, and delivery vehicles
- Remember that 4-wheelers and ATVs aren’t safe on our road and can cause damage
- For peace of mind, please keep doors locked at night as there have been reports of strangers in the neighborhood after dark
